365 Project: Day 107

Day 107

Day 107. And we are still playing with patterns at the moment… do you think there is any relationship between the windows at the top, and the doors at the bottom? If so, do you think the people inside need to look out first, before opening one of the doors? Possibly, I’m reading too much into this. Really, I just like the patterns and the shapes on this wall. Hope you do too!

365 Project: Day 105

Day 105

Day 105. Not sure why this caught my eye… perhaps with the cables, from this angle, it looks a little like a metallic horse of some kind, complete with reigns? If anything, it’s perhaps a little more like a seahorse. Or not?? Anyway, enjoy the big metal horse.

[You know by now, I’m sure – say it with me! – OM-D, Leica 25mm f/1.4.]

365 Project: Day 104

Day 104

Day 104. From a day when I just decided to go for a walk, and shoot what I saw. I think going without a defined sense of what to shoot opens up new possibilities… I’m free to just see, without imposing any ‘filters’ on my vision. On this occasion, I looked up. I like the layers of buildings here…

365 Project: Day 102

Day 102

Day 102. Not a great deal to say about this one, other than that this is what tends to happen when I look for another way of seeing things… there will be another example of that tomorrow. The sense of something spreading, taking over, is what I like about this I think. Something about the persistence of time. It happens, and we can’t control it; we are just along for the ride. That’s all. 🙂

365 Project: Day 101

Day 101

Day 101. I’m on the wrong side of the world to give you a white Christmas, at least in the visible spectrum of light… so here, have a white infrared Christmas instead!

[As usual, OM-D and the Leica 25mm f/1.4 fitted with a Hoya R72 IR filter. Processed in LR4, and then finished off using Perfect Effects 4 to add the texture layers.]
