Lomo market it as “Lomochrome”, which is colour-shifted film designed to resemble (I presume) Kodak Aerochrome – although that was Infra Red film and this stuff isn’t.
I suspect you’re right that it is E6 (slide) film designed to be processed in C41 for the colour shifts, but all of the packaging etc describes it as colour negative (C41) film. Might try processing a roll as E6 at some stage to see what happens…
