365 Project: Day 182

Day 182

Day 182. Hey, did you realise what this means? I’m right here on the verge of half way.  Tomorrow, I’ll be over it (half way, that is!). Pretty pleased with that, actually. And I don’t mind this shot either.  Does the plant suggest a story to you? It does to me. Not sure what the story is about though.  This is what I find wandering the streets of Hobart after the first day of a leadership development program I’m doing.  I like the time on my own to process the events and conversations. I’m sure that won’t surprise anyone who knows me…

Day 161

Day 161. Another morning in Strahan… this time, when the sun came up and began to shine on the beautiful, still water of Macquarie Harbour, a light fog rose up, like the water was shocked by the warmth of the sun. It only stayed for a few minutes, but I really loved being there to see that interaction between water and sky…

Day 160

Day 160… featuring another shot from Strahan. These old, decaying jetties are something of a feature there, along with the extraordinary Macquarie Harbour, which manages to be simultaneously calm and just a little menacing… it’s a strange combination, which is hard to capture in images. Doesn’t stop me trying though.
