Late on a sun-drenched afternoon, exploring under the canopy in a world turned green, we found it, hiding at the top of some old stairs, and we couldn’t help but feel as though we’d uncovered something once beautiful, but now overlooked, like a half-forgotten memory of a sight, sound, or time long ago.

Some memories are like that; like dust, settling out of sight, finding peace in the absence, until a fresh new wind blows, and sends it jumbling into space anew. Perhaps some buildings are like that too, just waiting for the cool breeze of a new afternoon…
