Winter is for indoors, and cold afternoons, and warm porridge with splashes of colour and bursts of flavour.
Let it be known that this rather extraordinary meal belonged to my sister-in-law, and not to me. Of course, if I could have eaten it, I’m sure I would have! Very quickly!

08:23:44pm. Ajitoya Japan’s Kitchen, Seddon.
Having been reunited with Sharon, the next stop was to fill our stomachs. Slight detour (to completely the opposite side of the city) brought us to the seriously lovely Ajitoya, for some seriously tasty Japanese, including these hot, crispy, spicy, fluffy takoyaki.
Actually, I could go for some of those right now…
