365 Project: Day 364
Day 364. Tomorrow it’s all over, and it just wouldn’t seem right to not share one more Tassie shot so close to the end. So, back to Redwater Creek Falls, perched on the very edge of a rock, watching the water flow down, around, and continue on its way, frothing and churning as it goes. It’s my favourite soundtrack…

365 Project: Day 346
Day 346. This is the first cascade at a lovely little set of falls, called Redwater Creek Falls. It’s actually really easy to get to, if you know where to go. I didn’t, apparently…
365 Project: Day 345
Day 345. Guide Falls – always an interesting place, with the hexagonal rocks and the various farm and forest detritus that flows down the river…
365 Project: Day 344
Day 344. There’s a constructed lake near to where I live, called Lake Barrington. People use it for rowing, for boating, for fishing… you get the idea. There’s a very well-developed complex where all the action happens. Today, whilst looking for aforementioned complex, I got a little lost, and ended up at something of a ‘shadow’ village; old, crumbling buildings, condemned steps, and a couple of damaged boat ramps. Funny really, but when I found the ‘proper’ complex, I preferred this one…

365 Project: Day 222
Day 222.
I seen the demons
But they didn’t make a sound
They tried to reach me
But I lay upon the ground
I seen the people
But they didn’t make a sound
They tried to reach me
But I gave the run-around
I reached for feelings
But they didn’t make a sound
They tried to reach me
But I lay upon the ground
So
Miles and miles of squares
Where’s the feeling there?
Still nobody cares
For miles and miles of squares

365 Project: Day 214
Day 214. It’s back to Marrawah, for another colourful shot! I really liked these channels in the sand between the rocks, like little pathways to the ocean… taken in one of those brief glimpses of the sun between storm fronts… love the light in those moments.
365 Project: Day 213
Day 213. After almost a week of moody, dark, and/or black and white, shots, I felt it was time for a change. So let’s go back to Strahan. Let’s go and stand on the weathered jetty, in the cool light of the dawn, and watch the boats gently swaying as they move with the tide…
