365 Project: Day 269

Day 269

Day 269. And here is the Tarkine rainforest from a different point of view to yesterday. This was the struggle – so much to see at both the macro and micro level, and so hard to keep switching my brain from one way of seeing to another! Rounding the corner into the misty depths of the forest certainly made the choice clear at this part of the walk though… and so down we go, into the misty murk of the forest…

Day 268

Day 268. To celebrate the end of our work commitments for the day, Sharon and I decided to go for a bushwalk… luckily for us, the rainforesty section of the Tarkine is only about an hour away by car, and so here I bring you this little guy, fresh from the side of the path on the way to Philosopher Falls. As we walked, I commented to Sharon about how lucky we are, that in three consecutive blogging days, I can go from the mysterious Aurora Australis, to the sun-drenched valleys near Natone, to the misty cloudy rainforest of the Tarkine… who knows what  tomorrow might bring? (Well, I do, because I have to work. And go to the dentist.)
